Rupal Mistry is the Chief Operations Officer of Glen Health and Home Management, Inc./ Glen Healthcare Network. Her responsibilities include oversight of strategy and business development, human resources, life enrichment programs, and development and mentorship of facility administrators and leadership teams. Prior to this position, she was Vice President of Operations for the skilled division at Lexington Health Network. 

 

Working in various career roles has polished Rupal's understanding of day-to-day operations and developed her global operational perspective. Her educational Bachelors and Masters level background in clinical and industrial/ organizational psychology shapes her abilities to work with people whether they are a team member, family, patient, physician, or other.  Rupal's remarkable ability to develop a positive rapport with colleagues, staff, customers, physicians, public health surveyors, case managers, referral sources, and front line staff proves she is positive-minded and a motivator!

 

She enjoys traveling, reading, and shopping. Rupal has a passion for photography, but mostly enjoys spending time with her husband, children, dogs and extended family. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 17 years and has two teenage children  a daughter and a son.
