Lesley Arca

Lesley Riego de Dios Arca is Senior Associate at Raiz Law Group LLC, a law firm focused on representing small and mid-sized healthcare companies and individual practitioners. She serves as external general counsel to healthcare companies, addressing issues ranging from federal and state-level healthcare compliance, corporate compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, employment issues, and litigation.

She currently serves as the 2016 Vice President of the Filipino American Lawyers of Chicago (FALA) and Chair of its Issues and Advocacy Committee. Through FALA, Lesley organized the Breaking the Silence on Domestic Violence seminar for the Asian American community.

Lesley received her law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law where she received the Rickert Award for Excellence in Service, and the 2011 Richard A. Hwang Memorial Scholarship through the Asian American Bar Association of Greater Chicago. She graduated from Northwestern University, where she double majored in Biological Sciences and Asian American Studies. She ballroom dances to point of winning awards in dance competitions, and is a volunteer staff member at May I Have this Dance.
